What happens when I find a job I like through Group Training?
If you find a job through Group Training that you like, you will go through a recruitment and selection process.
If successful in the recruitment process, your GTO will then send you to the industry workplace where you will work fulltime for an interview. If you like the workplace the job and the workplace thinks its a good fit, your GTO will sign you up into an Apprenticeship or Traineeship.
What benefits are there for me to go through Group Training?

> You are employed by the GTO, not the industry workplace where you work. If the workplace runs out of work you are not unemployed - your employer the GTO will find another workplace.
> Your GTO will allocate a personal employment consultant for the entire time you are in your Apprenticeship or Traineeship. They help to guide you through and sort out any issues along the way.
> Your training needs are managed by your employment consultant.
